Understand and break down customer requirements into technical design requirements.
Systemization and construction according to the requirements.
Examines/approves own and employees' designs and generates manufacturing data and orders prototypes.
Write verification instructions, verify and document.
Measure, analyze, make assessments of developed products against legal requirements such as the EMC and LVD directives.
Improve routines and processes that support development work.
Participate in the development of schedules, risk analysis, and documentation.
Sometimes lead projects/subprojects.
Continuously handle minor matters such as complaints and changes in requirements.

Advanced English communication skills, both speaking and written
Experience with digital and analog hardware with a focus on power electronics.
Understanding of how hardware systems work and the interaction with software, electronics and mechanics.
Experience with Construction (in eg Altium) of power electronics.
Experience with Calculations and simulations (eg LT Spice)
Experience with Measurement Technology.
Experience with Lab Work.
