Ace of Base is a Swedish pop group founded in 1987 in Gothenburg, the second-largest city in Sweden. The founders of the band are: Jonas "Joker" Berggren, Jenny Bergrren, Malin "Linn" and Ulf "Buddha" Ekberg.
Their first worldwide success was "Happy Nation" in 1992. It was the best-selling album in 1994. They were the first to produce three number-one singles on the Billboard Mainstream with "All That She Wants", "The Sign", and "Don´t Turn Around".
